Chicago-based, Austin-born pianist Mabel Kwan performs a diverse range of repertoire for keyboard instruments. She is a member of Ensemble Dal Niente and the trio Pesedjet, and has performed nationally and internationally, including concerts at Ravinia, Millennium Park, Library of Congress, Harvard University, and the Darmstadt Summer Courses. Her recent solo albums, one poetic switch and Inventions, feature new works written for her on clavichord and piano. Upcoming releases include the world premiere recording of Trois Hommages by Georg Friedrich Haas, and chamber music of George Lewis with Ensemble Dal Niente.
