In celebration of two current exhibitions, Corbett vs Dempsey is pleased to present a special live-streaming event titled Sequesterfest Vol. 8: Emilio Cruz & Dick Higgins.

This hour-long film program features a selection of treasures from the Chicago Film Archives (CFA) collection. Chosen by archivist Michelle Puetz and Jim Dempsey, the films and videos screened provide rare and fascinating glimpses into life in Chicago, from the 1930s to the present day.

For the third incarnation of our Sequesterfest series, Corbett vs. Dempsey has assembled a program featuring eight performers from five countries and a special Halftime Show presenting four film works with creative music soundtracks.
